Analysis of the painting Fallen Angel, the famous painting of Lucifer

Fallen angel painting:

Famous painting of Lucifer, the fallen angel. It depicts Lucifer descending to Earth with his wings spread wide and a look of triumph on his face. The two figures in the foreground are cherubim and there are two angels in the background looking down at Lucifer from above. His use of perspective shows that he learned all about these things while in college.

Analysis of the fallen angel painting:

The angel's face has a look of agony and defeat as he is stuck in this position. Images of the angel with his wings outstretched and his body twisted and bent at an uncomfortable angle. The colors used in this painting are vibrant for this reason, it makes it a very beautiful work of art. The wings on the angel's back are similar to the wings of angels in other paintings by artists such as Raphael and Michelangelo who were also influenced by classical art and architecture when creating their own works of art.
